Aggie Yemurai Mutuma is a passionate Leadership coach, Inclusion and Anti-Racism expert and engaging speaker who excels at partnering organisations to build winning cultures. Her recent accolades include being voted the 5th Most influential HR thinker in 2024 by fellow people and talent leaders.
Aggie Yemurai Mutuma’s career spans over two decades where she has coached and empowered C-Suite teams, lead people teams and partnered organisations through transformational change as they create diverse, inclusive and engaged cultures.
She works with Exco leaders and their teams to deliver DEI strategies and Anti-Racism strategies. Cross industry organisations she has supported include global FTSE100 organisations, consultancy firms, retailers, third sector and public sector organisations.
Aggie Yemurai Mutuma combines her deep strategic thinking and her compassionately challenging coaching approach to create psychologically safe spaces for reflection, behaviour change and sustainable organisational change.
Aggie Yemurai Mutuma’s recent focus areas include:
